BuildDue adapts to common schedule column names
Your file can use headers such as Contract Amount, SOV Amount, Prior Billed, This Period, Materials Stored, Retention, or other common variations. BuildDue proposes the matches and requires confirmation when confidence is not high.
The optional sample includes item code, description, scheduled value, previous applications, previous retainage, current work, stored materials, and retainage percentage for anyone creating a schedule from scratch.
Keep descriptions specific enough for the reviewing party to understand the scope. Confirm that the schedule total matches the current contract value and that approved changes are represented according to the project’s billing rules.
